2026 QCU Student Scholarship
Every year QCU awards college scholarships for eligible students to help finance the education they deserve!
About QCU's Student Scholarship
Quincy Credit Union will award one $2,000 scholarship in honor of William Phelan’s 50+ years of service to QCU, along with four $1,000 scholarships for eligible high school seniors and/or enrolled undergraduates attending an accredited U.S. college or university. Scholarships will be awarded directly to recipients upon verification of second-semester enrollment. Winners will be selected by the Scholarship Committee. Selection considers merit and financial need. Financial documentation may be required.
Eligibility:
- QCU Membership: Must be a QCU member with a Primary Share Account in their name and in good standing. Not a member? Apply here.
- Scholarship Application: Complete the application, upload all required documents, and respond to the essay question. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
- Household Financial Information: There is financial information requested within the application. Parents/Guardians may refer to their most recent Massachusetts state tax filing. This must be completed by a parent or guardian unless you file taxes independently.
Note: All personal information will remain confidential through scholarship application processes.
- Must be graduating in 2026 and pursuing acceptance to an accredited college or university.
- Must currently be attending a U.S. college or university.
Deadline: Monday, April 6, 2026.
All required documents must be submitted by April 6, 2026, no later than 11:59 PM.
